This document outlines the complete terms and conditions for FBNW, a platform providing news and insight on the Nordic asset management industry. This document also includes our privacy- and cookie policy.
The FBNW website ("the Website") is operated by Tell Media Group AB, Company Number 556723-3795 (Sweden) and whose registered address is: Västra Ågatan 16, SE-753 09 Uppsala, Sweden.
Tell Media Group may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an update on the Website. You should therefore check the Website from time to time to review the current Terms & Conditions. The date of the latest update is seen on top of this page.
Tell Media Group aims to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, it shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasonable cause. Tell Media Group will use reasonable resources to ensure that the Website does not contain or promulgate any viruses or other malicious code.
All intellectual property rights on the FBNW website are reserved by Tell Media Group or third party providers (as applicable). You agree not to distribute, reproduce, modify, store or transfer FBNW content other than for your own professional use.
Links on the Website to third party websites are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the Website. Tell Media Group may not have reviewed these third party websites and does not control and is not responsible for these websites or their content or availability.
Registration
To access certain parts of the Website, Tell Media Group may require you to register and provide certain information about yourself. When you register you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form; and keep your information up to date by making relevant changes in “My settings” section of the website.
When you register on the Website, you will be allocated a user name (your business email) and as your account is approved you will be prompted to select a password. These account details must be used solely by you; sharing your user name and password with any other person or making it available to multiple users on a network is strictly prohibited.
Trade Marks
All FBNW trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and graphics, logos, designs, page headers and button icons are the intellectual property rights of Tell Media Group and neither they nor any confusingly similar versions may be used by you including (but not limited to) as part of any trademarks and/or domain names without the prior written consent of Tell Media Group other than for the purpose of referring to FBNW and its associated brands lawfully and in good faith (only).
General
In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden and the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Exemption from the GDPR
Please note that Tell Media Group, as a publisher, in certain aspects is exempt from the GDPR and has the right to handle personal information with reference to the constitutionally guaranteed freedom of expression and the press in Sweden. Without taking GDPR into consideration we may therefore publish personal information (including but not limited to) such as names, company affiliation and photos online and in our magazine. Tell Media Group may also collect and process personal information in order to carry out our journalistic efforts.

If you are a client of Tell Media Group, we will collect and process personal information about you in your professional role in order to meet our legal and contractual obligations. If you are working in or with the Nordic asset management industry, we will collect and process personal information about you in your professional role to ensure you receive our news, research and invitations as we have a legitimate interest to do so. Information collected about you
Tell Media Group will collect and process personal information for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes as outlined in the table above and we strive for the information is relevant, limited and accurate. We do not collect data classed as “sensitive”. The information may be provided by yourself or collected via official sources, such as your company’s website.

The data that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely.

We will keep your data for as long as you have an account, contract or otherwise interact with our products or services or as long as we think it is likely (based on your professional role) that you could be interested in interacting with us. Cookies
When you visit the FBNW website, the site uses “cookie” technology try to make that experience simple, personalised and meaningful. Cookies are small pieces of information which are issued to your computer or any similar device you use to access the internet e.g. smart phone, tablet or other mobile device when you visit a website and which store and sometimes track information about you're use of the website. A number of cookies we use last only for the duration of your web session and expire when you close your browser. Other cookies are used to remember you when you return to the website and will last for longer. Tell Media Group use cookies to:
